Questions shoppers ask
What is the difference between 3M and 0-3 months?
Carter's labels its baby clothes with a single age (3M) and says its 3M may compare to another brand's 0-3M. Go by your baby's height and weight rather than age.
What does 2T mean?
T stands for toddler. 2T is cut for a child about 35 to 36.5 inches tall on OshKosh's chart, with room for a nappy. A size 24M is similar in height but cut for a baby's proportions.
How do EU children's sizes work?
European kids' sizes are the child's height in centimetres, in 6 cm steps: a size 92 fits children up to about 92 cm tall. That makes EU sizing the easiest to convert: just measure.
Should I size up for growth?
For babies, having the next size up ready is sensible because they can outgrow a size in weeks. For toddlers and kids, one size up with rolled cuffs works for trousers; tops look sloppy if they are more than one size too big.
