A women's jeans size 28 is a US 6, a UK 10 and a French 38. On most charts it is a small.
What is a size 31 in jeans in US women's?
A women's 31 is a US 12 (UK 16). For men, a 31 is simply a 31-inch tag waist, about 79 cm.
What does 32×30 mean on jeans?
W32 L30: a 32-inch waist and a 30-inch inseam (the inside leg, crotch to hem). In centimetres that is roughly 81 × 76.
Is my jeans size my real waist measurement?
Not usually. The tag number is a size, and many brands cut an inch or two larger than it states. Measure a pair that fits you well flat across the waistband and double it to compare with a brand's garment measurements.
